<a href="https://www.medchemexpress.com/Chidamide.html">Chidamide</a>产品描述：Chidamide is a synthetic benzamide-type <b>HDACi</b> which mainly acts as a class I HDACi (inhibiting <b>HDAC1</b>, <b>HDAC2</b>, <b>HDAC3</b> and <b>HDAC8</b> with <b>IC<sub>50</sub></b> of 95, 160, 67 and 733 nM, respectively).IC50 & Target: IC50: 67 nM (HDAC3), 95 nM (HDAC1), 160 nM (HDAC2), 733 nM (HDAC8)<sup>[1]</sup><i><b>In Vitro:</b></i> Chidamide (CS055) at low concentrations dramatically inhibits cell proliferation in each cell line. After Chidamide treatment, cells arrest at the G<sub>0</sub>/G<sub>1</sub> phase in a dose-dependent manner. Western blot analysis indicats that cyclin E1 and E2 protein expression is down-regulated after Chidamide treatment, which is consistent with the cell-cycle analysis. As the changes in cyclin E1 are much more significant than cyclin E2, cyclin E1 is up-regulated in HL60 and K562 cells by lentiviral transduction. The effect on leukaemia proliferation by Chidamide inhibition are largely weakened when cyclin E1 is overexpressed.
