                                                <a href="https://www.medchemexpress.com/piroxicam.html">Piroxicam</a>产品描述：Piroxicam (Feldene) is a non-selective COX inhibitor with an IC50 of 6 mM.Target: COXPiroxicam, is non-steroidal anti-inflammatory and analgesic agent, which is widely used in the treatment of patients with rheumatologic disorders. Piroxicam, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) can protect neurons and improves neuronal firing after ischemia/reperfusion injury in animal model of focal cerebral ischemia [1]. Piroxicam has no effect on surface tension values of all pH phosphate buffers and palm oil esters. Similarly, various concentrations of piroxicam did not affect the interfacial tensions between the oil phase and the buffer phases. Piroxicam has no surface activity.
